Jaime Suchlicki, Director Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies (ICCAS), University of Miami.

Brian Latell, for 20 years he worked at the Central Intelligence Agency
and served, in the early 1990s, as National Intelligence Officer for Latin
America. He is the author of Cuba: After Castro and is now a Senior Researcher at ICCAS.

Philip Peters, Vice President of the Lexington Institute, has published studies based on original field research in Cuba since 1996, with an emphasis on economic policy. He also analyzes U.S. policy toward Cuba. He serves as advisor to the Cuba Working Group in the House of Representatives and has organized five Congressional delegations to Cuba. Peters holds degrees from Georgetown University’s School of
Foreign Service and Graduate School.

Antonio Jorge, Professor of Political Economy at Florida International University and Senior Research Scholar at ICCAS and Senior Academic Advisor to the Cuba Transition Project at the University of Miami.
