On September 4, 2009 the Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American
Studies (ICCAS) hosted a panel discussion, "Los
Militares y el Futuro de Cuba," with panelists
Alcibiades Hidalgo, former Cuban Ambassador to the United Nations
and former secretary of Gen. Raul Castro; Roberto Hernandez
del Llano, former MININT official; and Roberto Ortega, former
FAR colonel and head of the FAR medical team. Copies of the
video are now available for $20.00, includes shipping and handling.

The September issue of Enfoque Economico,
"El consumo en Cuba: Reseña histórica,
evolución reciente y perspectivas para el futuro,"
