Welcome to CTP News, the monthly newsletter of the Cuba Transition Project (CTP) at the University of Miami's Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies (ICCAS). The CTP is funded by a grant from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

 

AMERICAN DIPLOMATS AT ICCAS

The Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies (ICCAS) will be hosting a panel discussion on "U.S. Policy Towards Cuba: A Conversation with American Diplomats." Panelists include Foreign Service Officers Honorable Vicki Huddleston, Honorable James Cason, and Honorable V. Manuel Rocha.
